With your payment submitted you agree to the following terms and conditions

Vendor Name and Likeness Release: The Vendor understands and agrees that the Vendor and their booth including any merchandise may appear in photographs, videos, film, recordings, social media or other forms of media/content distributed for or on behalf of and in connection with the event including but not limited to advertising and promotion of the 2024 event or future events. The Vendor hereby consents to the use of any such material in any form of distribution by the event organizer(s) and agrees that any such portrayal or use shall become the sole possession of the event organizer. 

Vendor Obligations: Vendors are solely responsible for their owned, leased and or other personal property. The event organizer assumes no responsibility for any such property regardless of the cause of loss or damage.

Event Setup:
Exhibitor setup and load in will begin the day of the event at 7:30. All vehicle exhibitors should check-in
at show entrance on the west side of the Old School Square Parking Garage at 180 NE 1st St, Delray
Beach, FL 33444. Setup must be completed by 9:30.
